My friend and I stayed for 4 nights and were blown away by the amazing service. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, and they even arranged a day trip to Elafonissi which was incredible. I highly recommend this hostel for its value, cleanliness, and the experience it offers.

During our stay at Cocoon City, we were delighted by the helpfulness of the women at the reception. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and provided valuable information about the area. The hostel's modern kitchen was impressive, making it easy for us to prepare meals. We were also pleased with the convenient location, just two blocks from K Tel bus station and a short walk to the charming Old Town. The proximity to the beach was an added bonus.
Our experience at Cocoon City Hostel was positive, with only a few minor drawbacks. We wished there was a sink in the room and a changing area in the common bathroom.

I recently stayed at Cocoon City in Chania for a week as a solo traveler. The hostel has a fantastic social atmosphere, with friendly and open-minded guests. The common WhatsApp group is a brilliant way to connect with others and join in on activities and trips organized by the hostel. The rooms may be basic, but the common areas, garden, lounge, and kitchens more than make up for it. Everything is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it for solo travelers!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The staff were incredibly attentive, both the cleaning ladies and reception staff. The atmosphere at the hostel was great, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I got great value for my money at Cocoon City. The room was spotless and the amenities were high-quality. The location was perfect, close to the Old Town and with convenient pick-up points for tours. The staff treated me like family and gave me excellent recommendations for activities and transportation.
The menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe by including shampoo as a complimentary item.

The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making me feel comfortable during my stay. The inside design was cool, and the location was perfect for exploring. The breakfast served was the best I've seen in a hostel, with fresh and tasty local products. The proximity to the bus station made it convenient for daily excursions. A supermarket was also close by.

We had a great experience at Cocoon City hostel in Crete. the hostel is very new, clean, and nicely designed. Its location is excellent, being very close to the main bus station and surrounded by many bars and cafes. the beds were comfortable with good blankets and pillows, and each bed had its own private locker and individual lighting. the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the common areas, such as the cozy reading corner and the pool where we could relax after a day of exploring. the hostel offers a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price, and the option to cook our own meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

The hostel had a great atmosphere with stylish and well-equipped common areas. The option of having two kitchens, one private and cozy and another one with a common area, was great for meeting people. The location was also a key advantage, being very central and close to the bus station.
One minor drawback was the lack of privacy in the bunk beds. Adding curtains, especially to the bottom bunks, would have been appreciated.
